RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
At VAURATELIER, customer satisfaction is our priority. Your return and exchange rights are outlined below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Legal Period:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

It is sufficient to submit your withdrawal notification in writing or via a permanent data storage medium (e-mail).
2. Return Conditions
Returnable products must meet the following conditions:
✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
✅ It must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any accessories
✅ It must be sent with the invoice or delivery note
✅ The product must be suitable for return from a hygienic perspective
Non-returnable products:
❌ Products unsuitable for hygiene and health (e.g., underwear, swimwear, bikinis)
❌ Single-use products
❌ Products custom-made or tailored for an individual
❌ Opened cosmetic and personal care products
❌ Discounted and promotional products (if specified)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Submit your withdrawal notification to us
Step 2: Send the product via cargo with its original packaging
Step 3: After the product reaches us, it will be inspected within 10 business days
Step 4: Upon approval, your payment will be refunded within 14 days
Shipping Fee:
- If the product is faulty or sent incorrectly, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
- For customer-initiated returns, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

4. Exchange Conditions
Size/Color Exchange:
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color:
- First, return the product.
- Place a new order after your payment has been refunded.
Faulty Product Exchange:
If your product is faulty or incorrect:
- Notify us immediately.
- A new product will be sent, with the shipping cost covered by us.
- Alternatively, your payment will be refunded if you prefer.
5. Refunds
After returned products are approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.
Refund Methods:
- For credit card payments: Refund to your card
- For wire transfer/EFT payments: Refund to the account you specified
- For cash on delivery payments: Refund to your bank account
6. Damaged or Faulty Product Delivery
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
- Do not accept the product or prepare a damage report.
- Notify us immediately: info@vauratelier.com
- A new product will be sent, with the shipping cost covered by us.

8. Legal Rights
These conditions are regulated under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Your legal rights as a consumer are reserved.
