DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This contract has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.vauratelier.com.

- Product name, type, quantity, brand/model, color, number
- Sales price
- Payment method
- Recipient
- Delivery address
- Invoice address

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT
Product Price: Total amount specified during the order
VAT: Included in the price
Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders of 1,500 TL and above, 200 TL shipping fee for orders below 1,500 TL

The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product ordered and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
Delivery Time:
The product/products will be delivered by cargo within 1-4 business days from the order confirmation.
Delivery Method:
Delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via contracted cargo companies.
Delivery Costs:
Shipping fees vary depending on the order amount and are specified in the order summary. Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount (specified during campaign periods).
Delivery Delay:
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, strike, epidemic, etc.). In this case, the BUYER is informed.
Points to Consider During Delivery:
- Check the product in front of the cargo officer upon delivery
- Do not accept damaged or defective products or have a report taken
- Damage claims after delivery will not be accepted
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product subject to the contract.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
The BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage device (e-mail, WhatsApp) of their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:
- Products unsuitable for hygiene and health (underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, etc.)
- Disposable products
- Custom-made or tailored products
- Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature
Return Conditions:
The product to be returned:
- Must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Must be returned with its original packaging, label, and any accessories
- Must be sent with the invoice or delivery note
Return Process:
- Submit your withdrawal notification
- Send the product by cargo
- The product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches us
- After approval, your payment will be refunded within 14 days
Return Payments:
Payments for approved returned products will be automatically made to your original payment method with PayTR guarantee:
- For credit card payments → Refund to your card
The return process is transparent and secure. Your payment will be credited to your account within an average of 14 days.
NOTE: The return period may vary depending on your bank's return policies.
Shipping Fee:
- If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping fee is covered by the SELLER

ARTICLE 6 - SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals.
The SELLER is obliged to protect the personal data of the BUYER within the framework of legal regulations.
ARTICLE 7 - BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
The BUYER accepts that they are aware of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product ordered and that they approve this information.
The BUYER is obliged to pay the price of the product subject to the contract with the chosen payment method.
The BUYER must check the product upon delivery and receive damaged or defective products with a report in the presence of the cargo officer.
ARTICLE 8 - FORCE MAJEURE
Extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, fire, explosions, civil wars, war, insurrection, popular movements, declaration of mobilization, strike, lockout, epidemics, and serious problems in internet infrastructure, which are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the control of the SELLER, are considered force majeure.
The party unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to force majeure circumstances shall immediately inform the other party. In this case, the obligations of the parties arising from the contract shall be suspended.
ARTICLE 9 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence or where the goods and services were purchased, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade each year in December, are authorized.
ARTICLE 10 - EFFECTIVENESS
When the BUYER approves this contract electronically, they are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the contract.
This contract comes into force with the BUYER's order confirmation.
