DELIVERY INFORMATION
At VAURATELIER, we work diligently to ensure your orders reach you safely and quickly.
1. Shipping Carrier
All your orders are shipped with Sürat Kargo.
📦 Shipment Tracking: When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS.
2. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 1-4 business days
- After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to your address within 1-4 business days.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery period.
- Order volume and weather conditions may affect the delivery time.
Order Preparation: Your orders are prepared and handed over to the cargo on the same day or within 1 business day at the latest.
3. Shipping Fee
Shipping is free for orders 1,500₺ and above.
For orders under 1,500₺, there is a 200₺ shipping fee.
For orders 1,500₺ and above, no extra shipping fee is requested during payment.
4. Delivery Regions
Delivery is made throughout Turkey.
- Delivery is available to all provinces and districts.
- Delivery time may be extended by 1-2 days in remote areas.
- Delivery time may vary for islands and special regions.
5. Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing the order.
Important Notes:
- Make sure you enter your address information completely and correctly.
- Be sure to specify building, apartment, and floor information.
- Keep your phone number current (the courier must be able to reach you).
Address Change:
Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped. For address changes, please contact us before your order is shipped.
6. Things to Consider During Delivery
✅ Check the package
Check the package in front of the courier when receiving it. If there is damage to the outer packaging, have a report drawn up.
✅ Inspect the product
After opening the package, check the product. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivery, notify us immediately.
✅ Keep the invoice
Be sure to keep your invoice for return and exchange transactions.
❌ Do not accept damaged packages
Do not accept packages with severely damaged outer packaging or have a report drawn up.

After your order is shipped:

8. Delivery Problems
If the shipment was not delivered:

Incorrect or missing product delivery:
Notify us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
9. Special Circumstances
Holidays and Public Holidays:
No cargo delivery on public holidays. Delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Weather Conditions:
Adverse weather conditions (snow, storm, etc.) may affect delivery time.
Address Not Found:
If the courier cannot find your address or reach you, the package will be returned to the branch. In this case, you will be contacted.
