🛍️ ORDER AND PAYMENT

How can I place an order? Placing an order is quite easy:

  • Select the product you like.

  • Specify your size and quantity details.

  • Click the "Add to Cart" button.

  • After checking your cart, securely complete your order by proceeding to "Checkout."

Which payment methods do you accept? You can shop on our website using all credit and debit cards, either as a single payment or in installments. (Note: All your payments are collected with the assurance of PayTR Payment Systems.)

Do you offer installments for credit cards? Yes! We offer installment shopping options with contracted credit cards. You can view the available installment options during the payment step.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order before it is handed over to cargo. To do this, simply contact us at info@vauratelier.com or via our WhatsApp line at 0532 429 40 13.

Can I get an invoice? Yes. For all your orders, your e-invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can specify your corporate invoice requests when entering your information on the order screen.

📦 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How much is the shipping fee?

  • Shipping is free for orders of 1,500 ₺ and above.

  • For orders under 1,500 ₺, a fixed shipping fee of 200 ₺ will be applied to your cart.

When will my order be delivered? After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped for delivery to your address within 1-4 business days.

Which shipping company do you work with? All our orders are shipped with the assurance of Sürat Kargo.

Where is my shipment, how can I track it? When your order is handed over to shipping, your tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and email. You can check the real-time status of your shipment on the "Cargo Tracking" page on our website.

Do you offer same-day shipping? Depending on order volume, your packages are handed over to shipping on the same day or within a maximum of 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only provide delivery within the borders of Turkey.

🔄 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return the product I purchased? Yes! You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt.

What are the return conditions? For your return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Original packaging and tags must not be removed.

  • The product must be sent with its invoice. (For detailed information, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy page.)

Which products cannot be returned?

  • Underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms (due to hygiene rules)

  • Products custom-made or altered

  • Cosmetic and care products with opened packaging

Who pays for return shipping? If the product reached you defective or faulty, the return shipping fee is borne by Vauratelier. However, for reasons such as size mismatch, change of mind, or other customer-initiated return reasons, the shipping fee is borne by our customer.

Can I exchange for a different size? We do not have a direct exchange process in our system. However, you can return the product you have, and after your payment is refunded (or without waiting), you can place a new order for the correct size.

When will my refund be credited to my account? After your returned product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes quality control within 1-3 business days. Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to your card within the legal period of 14 days. (The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.)

👗 PRODUCTS AND SIZES

How should I choose my size? (Do you have a size chart?) Yes, each product page features a detailed "Size Chart" appropriate for the product's fit. You can find the correct size by comparing your measurements with this chart. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our style consultants via our WhatsApp line!

Are the product colors the same as in the photos? Yes! We conduct professional shoots to reflect the true colors of our products. However, slight tonal differences may occur depending on your device's screen settings (brightness, resolution).

Do out-of-stock products become available again? To be instantly notified of stock updates, you can use the "Notify me when in stock" button on the out-of-stock product's page or ask us via WhatsApp.

How should I wash your products? To ensure the longevity of our products, we recommend following the washing instructions on their inner labels. Generally, delicate wash at 30°C is recommended.

💳 ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP

Can I shop without being a member? Yes, you can place an order as a "Guest" without registering on our site. However, becoming a member allows you to track your orders more easily and speed up your future purchases.

I forgot my password, what should I do? Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A link will be sent to your registered email address to reset your password.

Are my personal details safe? Absolutely! All your data is encrypted with an SSL certificate and strictly protected under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). It is never shared with third parties.

How can I delete my account? For account deletion requests, simply send your request from your registered email address to info@vauratelier.com.

How do I use my discount code? When completing your purchase, simply enter your code in the "Discount Code" field on the "Cart" or "Payment" page and click "Apply."

Can I return discounted products? Yes! Your 14-day return right also applies to products purchased during discount periods or campaigns.

Is it safe to shop on your site? Yes! You can shop 100% securely at Vauratelier. Our payment infrastructure is provided by PayTR, one of Turkey's most reliable systems.
